We met David in 2019 pre-covid for an anticipated wedding date in October of 2020. The first thing that stuck out to us was his ability to tell every couple's story so effortlessly and perfectly through his videos. After meeting David & getting to know his down to earth personality, we knew we HAD to work with him! Not only was David super patient with us, but we felt like him and Aaron really gave us their A game on our big day. They were super personable, knew all the right things to say to make our jitters go away, and honestly, they felt more like life-long friends vs videographers. This was my first time working with a videographer, and I'm definitely in no way experienced in being in front of the camera (I'm seriously the MOST awkward person you can think of). So to have such positive vibes/energy surrounding us throughout the entire day made all the difference. Not only did I cry watching the entire 5 minutes of our wedding video (and trust me, I'm not a crier), I feel so special to be able to relive the most perfect day of my life whenever I want to. I'm SO, SO grateful to have worked with such amazing people and I'll definitely be recommending every newly engaged couple to FJM. So when I say book FJM for your big day..... I MEAN IT! It'll be one of the best decisions you've made throughout your wedding planning journey.
We couldn't be happier with our experience with FJM! The best aspect for us was how the guys put us and our guests completely at ease. They made sure we got our moments alone, did an incredible job catching candid moments, and quickly became part of the crew rather than just observers. On that last point, we can't emphasize enough how valuable this was both in making the experience of the day more enjoyable and natural for us but also in enabling them to get such great shots. Case in point: our best man is very camera shy but they were able to get some great photos with him; he texted us after, "I'm normally super on edge about being filmed, but with them I was able to forget they were even there at times... it was like they were a part of the wedding party itself." And our parents (all 5 of them) kept going on about how they absolutely LOVE them!
We did the wedding video package and we're grateful we did - it is a great value for something we'll hold dear forever. We had a small wedding, so this video allowed us to share the day with our loved ones. A number of them reached out after to tell us it made them cry, but I think the most popular response was "holy cow this looks like a Hollywood production!"

Where do I even begin?! My overall experience with David and the whole crew is just phenomenal. From the consultation to our engagement shoot and to our wedding, everything was absolutely perfect. Every small details and angles that I mentioned to David during our consultation, he remembered. David and his team are super attentive to small details, easy going, and fun to work with! I could not recommend it enough. I can be quite camera shy and awkward when it comes to photo shoot, but David and his team made it so comfortable. And so if anyone is worried about not knowing how to pose during your photo shoot, don’t worry!! I also mentioned during my consultation that my good side was on my right side. David and his crew took it to heart and made sure that most of the angles were on my good side! I sincerely love that about them! This team got you from the beginning to the end!! They are amazing people and it was worth every penny! Call me crazy, but I still re-watch our wedding video a couple of times a day just because it’s that good!
Ben and I had our elopement at Yosemite National Park in October of 2020. David (videographer) and Mark (photographer) were the perfect team! Super easy to work with - professional, fun, flexible and talented! Our entire experience with them was amazing. Their communication was always 100% and every lengthy email of mine were always addressed in detail. Also, their pricing and packages are very clear and reasonable. They both came up with a Yosemite itinerary which was well thought out and included all the locations I was interested in shooting. Their timeline made sure we were able to hit all the points and have time to enjoy the park as well. We were comfortable with their guidance throughout the day and appreciate every idea they had. The photos were so beautiful! Thank you Mark for capturing the vastness of the park and the moments shared between Me, Ben and our family. And the video... the sounds... the color... the feels!!! David did a fantastic job on making our hearts warm. After viewing the video, I regretted not asking for it to be longer!! David and Mark definitely went above and beyond and fulfilled my every request.
These two really care about their clients and it shows in the things they do from getting to know us as a couple with a questionnaire and video chats, check ins, to even prop suggestions! I would definitely recommend FJM to anyone I know!

When we planned our wedding, our budget was pretty tight so we had to choose what was most important for us to prioritize. Having a video was honestly something that I almost didn’t go through with as it wasn’t a “necessity” to me. This whole experience working with David & Mark completely changed my mind. The video they put together was my MOST favorite part of the wedding. I was truly speechless when they presented the video to me and I have to say, it was 100% worth it! The wedding day ends in a blink of an eye and you truly get to enjoy the wedding by watching it over and over again when it’s all done. Aside from their purely amazing talent, Mark and David are extremely professional and easy to work with. They know their stuff and make the process seamless and enjoyable. My mom was also very impressed with how they presented themselves the day of the wedding. This is a big plus especially when you may have a large family and lots of guests. Even when I got stressed out during the day they calmed me down and got the shots they needed!
Going with them is a no brainer. They are artistic, professional, friendly and responsible. If you have any hesitation, just go for it and you will be glad you did :)
