By Victorio Li
With a warm breeze blowing, a traditional Vietnamese wedding was held on a idyllic day in San Jose, complete with a tea ceremony at Kim and Phuong's home. Family and friends gathered to witness the start of the couple's new journey together. The tea ceremony is a traditional part of a Vietnamese wedding and is a way for the couple to show respect to their parents and ancestors. The bubbly, fun and super cute couple was so happy to be starting their new journey together and it was clear that they were meant to be.
After the tea ceremony, K & P and their guests headed to Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph in Downtown, San Jose. The church was beautifully decorated and the ceremony was filled with love and emotion. The couple exchanged vows and rings in front of God and their loved ones. Their love for each other was contagious and it was clear that they were truly in love.
The reception was held at a traditional Chinese restaurant at Pearl Bay in Fremont, California with over 54 tables of guests. The atmosphere was lively and filled with laughter and joy. The guests enjoyed delicious Chinese food and drinks while celebrating the couple's union. K & P showed their respects and thanked every table that night! K & P cut their cake and shared their first dance as husband and wife. They were so cute and happy together that everyone couldn't help but smile.
The guests had a wild time on the dance floor, with everyone dancing and enjoying themselves. It was clear that the couple had chosen the perfect venue for their reception. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Overall, it was a beautiful wedding day in San Jose. K & P love for each other was evident throughout the day and the love and support of their family and friends was clear. It was a day that the couple and their guests will remember for years to come. K & P bubbly personality made it a day to remember for everyone who was there to celebrate with them.
