“People who marry their high school sweethearts are stupid.”

To this day, those words still echo in the deepest recesses of my memory. But witnessing and capturing many high school sweethearts in the past few years, I now think back on them and laugh at the absurdity of the idea. Finding love so young in life is one of the most cherished blessings and an accomplishment to be proud of.

John and Lauren met in high school and stayed together for 13 years before they tied the knot! It was truly an honor to be a part of their special day. Fun fact, they. were the first couple we booked in 2020 and the last wedding we captured in 2021. So glad that things worked out in their wedding planning process despite the pandemic!

When these two high school sweethearts tied the knot, you couldn’t help but feel the love from all their friends and family! We went to the Mori Point for some majestic bridal party session then headed to Fairview Crystal Springs overlook to capture some golden hour magic! The reception was super lit! We’re going to let the photos speak for itself. This couple, their bridal party, family and friends couldn’t have been nicer to work with.
