Wine & Roses Wedding | Nicole & Theo

There’s something special about returning to Wine & Roses in Lodi. It’s one of those venues that feels timeless, and Nicole and Theo made it feel like home. After meeting back in 2013, their wedding day in May 2025 wasn’t just the start of a new chapter - it was the beginning of their greatest adventure yet.

From the beginning, wanted to bring forth their vision: a big celebration, full of good vibes with the people they love most. And they delivered. You could feel the warmth in every corner of the day, from the way their friends showed up to the little intentional touches that made everyone feel seen and included.

During one of the most grounding and emotional parts of the day, Nicole and Theo shared their private vows together. In those few quiet minutes, they reflected on how far they’ve come, through milestones, life changes, new hobbies, and countless memories. You could tell their love has grown through every season.

Nicole shared how their paths had crossed so many times before they officially met - like a universe full of near-misses finally syncing up. Theo spoke about how real love shows up in the small moments, the quiet care, the hard conversations, and yes, even how Nicole loves their dog, Tofu. Their vows were filled with laughter, honesty, and promises that felt deeply personal - from late-night In-N-Out runs to consulting ChatGPT for relationship advice. (We felt that.)

One of the sweetest touches for their wedding was how they included their dog, Tofu. He made his entrance as the flower pup during the ceremony, instantly winning everyone over. But it didn’t stop there..later in the evening, their wedding cake was topped with a mini Tofu figurine, the perfect nod to their four-legged best friend. We always love capturing weddings where pets are part of the story, and Tofu definitely stole the spotlight. Paws down, one of the best parts of the day.

It’s always a special treat seeing a wall full of printed memories. Their guest board showed a photo of each guest with either Nicole, Theo, or both of them from a moment they shared together. It was a beautiful reminder that weddings aren’t just about two people. They’re about the entire community that helped get them there.

During the reception, Nicole and Theo kicked things off with a fun and choreographed first dance routine that set the tone for the night. Family and friends shared speeches that were emotional, funny, and full of love. And of course, the dance floor stayed packed. The rest of the night was filled with heartfelt moments and nonstop celebration.

Nicole and Theo, thank you for letting us document your day and all the moments in between. It was so special to see you both fully present with your loved ones - soaking in the joy, the laughter, and the deep love that surrounded you.
