Shilpa & Jayanth Elopement at Mori Point

Two lives from different backgrounds of a shared culture, Shilpa and Jayanth found love in a moment neither of them expected. In search for a match on Tinder, the two easily hit it off on their first meeting over a drink they love most: Chai tea. Little did Jayanth know that it only took one experience like this that Shilpa was thinking to herself “I want to say “I love you” to Jayanth” wide-eyed as their conversation turned into an intimate memory each of them would remember for the rest of their lives. In the course of  their relationship, Shilpa fell in love with the person that Jayanth is. He is sweet, positive, and encouraging while Jayanth also loved Shilpa’s free-spiritedness, kindness, and spontaneity. Shilpa and Jayanth were the type of people who you could easily be friends with. Their energy is like a radiant glow that makes you feel warm and welcomed. They have the brightest smiles that reflect their genuine and authentic personalities.

With the time passing during a challenging year of the Covid pandemic, Shilpa and Jayanth fought through it and didn’t allow it to cancel their love even when everything around them was cancelled. They were their biggest support to each other. While it was ideal to have a traditional wedding, Shilpa and Jayanth wanted their marriage to be unique and intimate. So they eloped by the ocean! They were also able to share their most important day with families and loved ones across the world watching their marriage on Zoom. Their elopement was as beautiful and bright as a sunflower! 

We had such a pleasure spending time with them getting to know their love story and being able to capture their biggest day. It was one of the most unforgettable experiences we had!
