As the instigators of their friend group, they know how to enjoy life, balancing time between themselves, their loved ones, and their passion for creating unforgettable memories. From the moment we met them in San Francisco for their engagement session, I knew they were a vibe and so much fun to be around.

The morning was buzzing with excitement as Trina got ready with her bridesmaids, who had no idea what her dress would look like. When she finally stepped out in her stunning Thai Nguyen Atelier gown, their reactions were priceless—lots of happy tears and hugs! It was a special moment with her girls and also set the tone, hyping Trina up for the epic day ahead.

Trina and Jimmy also shared a first look that was full of love. Like her bridesmaids, Jimmy was stunned when he saw her, and his face lit up as he took in how stunning she looked. Right after, Trina had a touching moment with her dad that was both sincere and heartfelt. First looks are one of our favorite parts to capture because they’re so intimate, giving some of the most important people a chance to connect before the day’s excitement fully unfolds.

Trina and Jimmy’s ceremony took place in the Sun Garden courtyard, surrounded by friends and family. The setting was both elegant and intimate, perfectly complementing the couple’s warm and joyful energy. Their heartfelt vows brought tears to many eyes, showing just how much love they have for each other and the people around them.

One of the most memorable highlights of the reception was when Trina surprised Jimmy with a serenade, performing her own version of 'Universe' by Thuy. The recorded track played as they shared their first dance—such a unique twist that you don’t often see at weddings. And let me tell you, Trina has vocals!

The evening then transformed into a full celebration! During their table visits, Trina and Jimmy changed into their Ao Dai, a beautiful nod to their culture, and joined their guests in fun and silly games. The night continued with everyone dancing the night away, creating even more unforgettable memories.
