San Ramon Waters Wedding | Keith & Hazel
Keith and Hazel's story started the way a lot of modern love stories do: with a swipe on Tinder. But from the moment they matched, it was clear there was something special between them. To Hazel, Keith was like a shiny rare pokemon that she was able to catch with her master ball. I bet Keith, being the PokemonGO master himself, appreciated that reference from the ceremony. Keith finally made things official and asked her to be his girlfriend by typing up a letter and e-mailing it to her. Talk about modern love. Despite both of their differences as being a Warriors vs Kings fan, their love was a perfect match like no one ever was.
Their relationship grew stronger with every step. When Keith was ready to propose, he picked a spot with all the romantic vibes—Embarcadero Pier in San Francisco. With the city lights and the bay as their backdrop, Keith got down on one knee and popped the question and just like that, their next chapter began.
In 2019, they took the big leap and moved in together, right before the pandemic hit. Being stuck at home could've been rough, but for them, it was a chance to grow together. Hazel got to see how generous and witty Keith was, always cracking jokes and making her laugh. Keith loved how understanding Hazel was; she always took the time to listen and try to see things from his point of view.
Their wedding day was all about the people they loved. They had family, friends, and their bridal party from all over, filling the day with energy and warmth. The weather was absolutely perfect. The ceremony was set against a backdrop of green trees and the sparkling water, which made it extra special. There were so many moments during the day that were memorable. From the first look to ceremony, there were so many emotions in the air. During the reception, we celebrated with an epic first dance as if the couple were standing on clouds, heartfelt speeches, and a big money dance with their loved ones where they were showered with good vibes and good cash.
When the party started, it did not stop. Never was there a moment where the dance floor was empty, especially when the DJ started playing Bay Area music. Keith and Hazel were in their element, dancing the night away with everyone they cared about. We were even surprised how hyped the families were dancing. The energy was unmatched.
By the end of the night, we wanted to surprise Keith with a Sacramento Kings hat (he’s a huge fan). His reaction along with Hazel's, was priceless and a moment that we’ll never forget.
Their love story is the kind that makes you believe in finding the right person. It's full of laughter, patience, and understanding. And when you have that, everything else just falls into place.
Thank you both for having FJM at your wedding day. We appreciate you guys so much and wish you two nothing, but the best in life!
Cheers,
David
